• Meeting with Bloomberg´s different stakeholders to discuss the events and marketing strategy for the firm in Mexico and other countries of Latin America (Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina).• Organizing internal meetings to set the scope, budget planning, control and execution of each event, to maintain expenditure controls. • Coordinating all the logistics for the event participants, speakers and between the venue and the suppliers, such as catering, transportation, audio-visual, security, language translations, etc. • Executing the marketing plan for each event, sending invitations and promotional material, confirming the attendees, creating and assigning sales leads to the Bloomberg sales representatives.• Organizing social gatherings and cocktails for the event attendees, as well as some special exclusive events for the Bloomberg internal and external clients.

Responsible of planning, organizing and managing all Bloomberg events across Latin America including conferences, seminars, product launches, press conferences, annual general meeting and customer social events in order to build strong relationships with Bloomberg stakeholders. Main responsibilities:- Planning, development and execution of events in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina.- Supervision and management to a multi-cultural staff of people in different countries to develop and execute Bloomberg experiential platform.- Supplier relationship management.- Budget planning, control and execution: Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls. - Direct collaboration and planning with sales teams and other relevant ones (i.e. design, news, technology, media, accounting, philanthropies)- Create and assign leads from each of the events to the different rep sales- Daily multicultural interaction Proven success across Bloomberg high end events, included but not limited to:- Mexico Summit with Michael R Bloomberg and Carlos Slim https- Colombia Summit with the president of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos - Argentina Summit with the president of Argentina Mauricio Macri and Central Bank Governor, Federico Sturzenegger
