As a gallery manager, I was in charge of various activities in running the gallery. Ranging from general administration, accounts, marketing, developing relationships with both artists and clients. As well as assessing and choosing artworks, organising and supervising art exhibits. Negotiating with curators from other art galleries, attending art fairs and auctions.I ran the gallery with one assistant, and managed a team of additional staff on private view events.
