Field Operations CoordinatorIntegrity Fencing & Supply Mar 2022 - Jul 2022Denver Metropolitan AreaMy position as Field Operations Coordinator serves as liaison for the customer from the time they sign the contract to the time they pay their invoice. I handle taking deposits via Square virtual terminal and invoices. I ensure that all payments are appropriately reconciled to customers within Quickbooks. I also schedule all jobs between four crews based on their current skill and productivity levels. I call utility locates via 811's Web Ticket Entry program, as well as handle all utility damage reports. I apply for and pay for permits to ensure that all of our fences meet all codes. Every week, I go through the next week's jobs and verify all material lists and plot plans before sending POs to our subcontractors. I have implemented a monthly inventory program to keep track of the asset value. Live inventory is a process still in the works. I manage the weekly revenue report to keep track of job costs and profit values. Once the job is complete, I invoice customers for their appropriate amount via Square's invoice system. I also assist in scheduling and managing all warranty requests. I assist with take offs and pricing when needed, and have trained new sales reps in how to create take offs, material lists, and price jobs.

Assisted in creation and launch of a new process for Home Builder Projects to accurately reflect accrual and profit margins.I manage each day’s production work orders for builder and land. This includes entering/analyzing labor hour entry, entering and monitoring all material installed, staging material for the next day, and maintain any special milling materials that are needed on a day to day basis. I work closely with our inventory and yard managers to ensure that our operating system (Acumatica) and our physical inventory are in equilibrium. I also work in tandem with our superintendents to create the schedule for the next day’s jobs. They inform me of the orders needing to go out, and I will in turn schedule them appropriately via Trello and Acuamtica. I also call locates if necessary. I work with DSD Technologies and our Director of Accounting Operations to troubleshoot any issues within Acumatica. I also assist with the development of new processes to create a more efficient operational workflow. -
Senior Project CoordinatorSplit Rail Fence & Supply Company Nov 2018 - Dec 2020Greater Denver AreaAs a homebuilder project coordinator, I start my day by monitoring homebuilder websites, portals, and emails to check schedules, along with any scheduling updates or changes, and obtain plot plans and purchase orders. I use Bluebeam Revu to create work orders that detail the scope of work and inventory items required. I also use Bluebeam Revu to mark the scope of work on the plot plans for crews to know where to put fencing on a property. I coordinate utility locates using Colorado 811's Web Ticket Entry for each work order, including existing properties and new developments. I also manage the permitting for residential and homebuilder projects. This includes creation of applications to guidelines set by cities and counties, tracking all permits, paying for permits, and supervising others that assist with applications. I also renew contractor's licenses when applicable. I have also trained the current residential project coordinator in all aspects of my former position.Split Rail Fence implemented Acumatica in 2019. Since then I have become known as a "super user".
