• Responsible for interval meter customers simple and complex billing, including but not limited to: setting up new accounts, preparing and initiating the billing of customers, performing stringent validation of customer data, invoice verification, carrying out complex billing adjustments to rectify billing issues and performing monthly set offs for high profile accounts.• Responsible for compiling, processing and preparing data for several weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to management for release to the client. Responsible for modify and improving processes as required, and responsible for supporting requests for audit sampling.

Responsible and accountable for payroll-related activities including but not limited to: responding to employee related pay inquiries, processing employee master data updates, review and assess board and travel data prior to processing, support requests for audit sampling, review and update OPMs (Operating Procedure Manual) and other related administrative activities.

Responsible for payroll-related administrative activities related to workforce administration, time and attendance, board and travel, processing of payroll exceptions as well as payroll related inquiries and resolutions.Participated in user acceptance testing during conversion from PeopleSoft to SAP.

Responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive drama program each week, incorporating dance, acting and elements of musical theatre with an objective to for directing a final production at program end.Responsible for delivering a comprehensive Babysitting program based on the Canadian Red Cross Certification Program guidelines.

Responsible for providing clerical support to the Payroll Operations Team Leader, including: filing, sorting, data entry, processing queries, etc. while recognizing the confidentiality of the underlying information and the importance of ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Responsible for all aspects of retail operations including: completing store open and close procedures; preparing bank deposits and cash reconciliations; tracking revenue, conducting inventory counts, generating and issuing product orders; confirming product receipts; reporting of daily results to Head Office and interfacing with customers
