• Knowledge of and adherence to the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collections Act.• Prepare and distribute Pre-Lien Notices as well as corresponding with attorneys and collection firms onbehalf of clients.• Prepare County recordings (e.g., liens,releases).• Review and process late notices for delinquencies on a monthly schedule.• Administrate payment plans for delinquent accounts.• Process Bank Returns, reallocate homeowner payments, and assess chargebacks from outside collections• Administrate accounts in accordance with board decisions as documented in minutes.

•Educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs.•Responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch.•Build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in-person, appointments, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel.•Proactively educating clients on emerging and self-service digital services to assist meeting their financial needs.•Process basic cash-handling transactions for consumers, and end of day balancing.
