Planning staff, menus, credit control, liaising with parents and teachers. Covering on floor when/if required. Providing cover where ever needed - even in the kitchen. This role was a newly created role as Centre Managers were struggling with the admin side of their work. Centres were not chasing payments for care and as such families were falling behind and every one was beginning to suffer. I put processes in place, helped parents get back on track and got all 4 centres to almost no debt and kept it there for the whole time I was there. This role was then split into 3 part time positions as the hours required where more than 50 hours per week.

He covered all of the Agency DM and had previously been stuck in the office with no support. Often you are called at the last minute as something has happened and the poor client is desperate for help. You arrive, ask questions and proactively get on with it.For me this included:Reception for a couple of huge companies and I had to learn different systems very quickly. Personal Assistant, Typist, Executive Assistant, Trainer for bank staff and Customer Services.Some of these were just a day, some a week and some were months.It was a fantastic opportunity for me to develop wider skills, meet different (and sometime challenging) people and to use my "get on with it" attitude.
