Stephanie Jackson is an accomplished educational leader with a proven track record of driving academic excellence and fostering inclusive learning environments. With over two decades of experience in education, Stephanie has held various leadership roles in curriculum development, instructional improvement, and data analysis.Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction at Crescent Academy in Southfield, Michigan since August 2019, Stephanie has been instrumental in aligning a rigorous and culturally responsive curriculum. She has spearheaded district-wide initiatives aimed at promoting engagement and academic excellence by implementing research-based best practices. Stephanie's commitment to data-driven instructional leadership has led to the strategic use of data to inform decision-making and identify effective interventions, positioning students for success and growth opportunities.Prior to her role at Crescent Academy, Stephanie served as the District Data and Assessment Director at David Ellis Academies in Wayne County from September 2016 to July 2019. Here, she implemented professional development initiatives and shared best instructional practices, resulting in measurable increases in student achievement district-wide. Her expertise in data analysis and assessment strategies significantly contributed to the improvement of school ratings and overall academic performance.Stephanie's passion for education is evident from her earlier experiences, including her tenure at Detroit Charter Schools in Detroit from September 2003 to June 2015. A balanced program must take into consideration the economical demands placed on school systems and members of the school community. Financial accountability through creative thinking and problem solving must be a priority for all school administrators.
