After working in distributed technology for a year, I returned to the training group to support the same product I worked with the last year. I developed a training plan for clients and internal team members and taught the first classes. I worked closely with the product teams to learn the functionality and also work with documentation to ensure we will provide our clients what was needed for the specialize systems.

While I was hired as a business analyst, I ended up doing sales support and implementations. I was responsible for bringing on one client from beginning to end and helped revamp the discovery sessions and implementation process.

I taught myself MS Access and created the first database for exit interviews and began providing reporting to executives as to why individuals were leaving both our companies. After spending time in Employee Relations I moved to Employment Services where I audited recruitment files, captured data and provided statistics for EEOC reporting. I continued to work here while teaching high school.
