Liaise with internal cross-functional teams to improve experience and maximize operational functionality.Responsible for the day to day supervision of the Project Managers and support specialists, performance management, processes and procedures.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Program Operations Department including training: performance management; establishing department standards; processes and procedures; and determining appropriate staffing levels. Serves as a liaison between the Programs Operations staff and Account Executives and Clients to assist in high-level problem resolution.

Act as a liason between department employees and the department supervisor/manager while providing hands-on, front-line leadership on a daily basis.

Coordinate all aspects of a program to ensure client expectations, company guidelines and contractual requirements are fulfilled during initiation and throughout the existence of each individual program.
