This role had responsibility for the full recruitment and selection process for the College from vacancy approval to induction of the new employee. From joining in the Summer of 2011 I was involved in the implementation of rEcruit, the online recruitment module of the SelectHR system. I also resolved issues on the SelectHR system, liaising with the software provider when necessary and advised members of staff and managers on HR issues.

I TUPE transferred to Compass Point Business Services (East Coast) Ltd in August 2010 as a result of a major restructuring project to establish the provision of shared back office services to South Holland and East Lindsey District Councils. This involved working closely with colleagues from South Holland District Council, East Lindsey District Council and external consultants to redesign processes to enable Compass Point Business Services to provide a more efficient and cost effective HR Service to the two Councils and further clients in the future.I also worked closely with an external consultant on a job evaluation benchmarking exercise to establish salary levels for the new company and was heavily involved in the design of the new HR system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012), cleansing and providing data for migration and testing in preparation for its implementation.
