• Implement community strategy which builds relationships for FCM in the local community, generates employee volunteerism opportunities, and positions the company as an employer of choice including developing execution plans for community work• Manage community involvement team activities including budget allocations, decisions regarding employee volunteer time commitments, and determining community partners• Develop, launch, and support an education themed outreach strategy aimed at hourly pipeline enrichment and STEM growth in the Columbus Talent Hub• Serve as a coach to Division Community Involvement Teams, HR Managers, and Plant managers on how to initiate and deepen relationships with community stakeholders related to technical education, skilled trades and STEM projects• Find avenues for FCM to utilize government or not of profit partnerships to benefit education themed outreach strategy• Create, train, and distribute information to employees, communities, and broader public aligned with an over arching strategic plan.• Serve as a role model for community involvement behavior • Compile and summarize local community involvement work in accordance with company and Division guidelines• Periodically issue reports to local, regional, and division leadership
