I have over 17 years of experience in the mental health field, with a master's degree from the University of Chicago and multiple certifications, including registered mediator, parent coordinator, and advanced flash technique practitioner.My mission is to help clients learn strategies to better manage stressors related to life transitions and challenges, such as anxiety, depression, anger, behavioral concerns, family conflict, communication, ADHD, grief, loss, school issues, and trauma. I use a direct and comforting approach to assist clients with identifying and overcoming common barriers and achieving their goals. I am also trained in EMDR therapy, a proven method for treating post-traumatic stress disorder, and certified as a QPR trainer, a suicide prevention program. Additionally, I have extensive experience in school-based operations, community outreach, and public speaking.
