Working in our Enterprise Data Office on the Data Advisory Services team. I consult across the enterprise on new data and analytics tooling and processes. Lead for our internal Tableau User Group and Databricks User Group communities. In conjunction with my teammates we develop data strategies for business units across the enterprise that align with our overall enterprise data strategy. Heavily focused on Data Democratization and the development of our internal data catalog tool.

Enhancing our reporting capabilities using tableau, expanding those capabilities to other areas across the enterprise. Leading the IT Portfolio Tableau User Group, training and consulting with other portfolio coordinators. Provide insights and analytics to our leaders to make data driven decisions. Driving conversations around standardization when it comes to work flow processes. Driving data governance conversations with other portfolio coordinators. Maintaining foundational relationships with our business partners to get work through the system with speed and efficiency. Responsible for driving conversations around scope and what is expected from the teams so that the teams could estimate the work properly.

As a Portfolio Coordinator I have experience: Using Tableau, Clarity, Business Objects, RTC. In clarity Opening and editing Work Requests and Impact Assessments, updating resource profiles and role. Experience Using Tableau I've built numerous reports used by various resources throughout the BSA. Transitioned all portfolio management reporting to tableau from excel versions. Automating those reports and saving my fellow teammates and myself time. Facilitation of estimation meetings with the standing teams and open role discussions. Worked with project managers to create better reporting for them Follow up and coordination with project managers for the capacity of our lines
