I assist with software applications including managing the client facing portal and performance application within the wealth management industry. I am responsible for monitoring the growing needs of the client and strategically planning to meet those needs through development and management of product road maps. I monitor the software trends in wealth management and assess current systems to identify opportunities for improvements to efficiency. I also work with new clients to design and implement solutions that meet all their requested requirements. Once I have created a plan for the clients, I present proposals providing them with the estimates and statements of work that would be required for their requested changes, so they can make informed decisions. In addition to making changes to support clients’ new needs, I also perform maintenance to existing software through the entire lifecycle including release cycles and hardware updates. In this position I have succeeded in managing and designing a conversion from single currency to multi-currency, enhanced revenues through identification of pipeline opportunities for existing clients; provided product enhancements to current clients to build their success, and designed a successful solution for new clients that had multiple external systems and workflow requirements.

I led the management of projects for quality assurance testing including setting up the timelines, resolving any issues that occur, and the actual performance of the testing during software implementation and follow-up period. When clients presented with software issues, I utilized SQL queries and updating scripts to resolve the issues they faced. To help clients optimize the software they were using, I provided workflow design and support. I also utilizing external interfaces to perform development, deployment, and testing. Part of my job included staff management, where I created dynamic teams through detailed training programs that I designed and executed, along with providing standard operating procedures to guide their job performance.My accomplishments include overseeing development and structuring of a SaaS implementation. I was also the manager for five direct reports, while also serving as a subject matter expert for eight team members.

I organized software needs for the organization, implementing a portfolio accounting and trading platform and performing the maintenance for it, including scheduling support software and interfaces. To meet our clients’ needs, I designed client data models and then saw them through to implementation. I provided skilled translation of client requirements into business rules to guide client projects, and I processed the change requests. Once software was in place for clients, I created training and documentation that would help the end users optimize their use of the software.I designed and implemented the first full unified managed account accounting workflow while in this position.
