Manages the team of Business Analysts that support Product Managers with maintaining, prioritizing, andscheduling the backlog of user stories and defects.• Participates in design meetings related to the functional scope to assist Business Analysis team with refinementand requirements refinement.• Develops business requirements documentation and stories in coordination with Business Analysts, whenneeded.• Manages Business Analysis team adherence to Brandt’s Software Development Lifecycle.• Mentors and guides Business Analysts to develop quality requirements using refined discovery techniques anddocumentation processes.• Connects and completes direct report 1:1s, status reviews, and performance evaluations.• Works with leadership to plan, develop, document, and implement efficient processes across all project teamsfor business analysis activities.• Monitors Business Analyst (BA) activities across projects and ensure best practices and standard processes arebeing consistently utilized and delivered on time.• Supports the onboarding / training process for new BA resources and assists with transitioning BA resources intonew roles. Coordinates new hire BA / QA onboarding activities & schedules with HR and leadership.• Works with leadership to establish, develop, and maintain training procedures in a centralized knowledge base.• Leads regular BA team meetings – prepares & distributes meeting agendas, recap documentation, and presentsdiscussion items, answers questions, etc.• Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, reporting progress, and recommendingactions for critical initiatives.• Supports BA’s by providing guidance on feature / system configurations and setups.

Maintains and prioritizes the Product Development backlog across initiatives in coordination with Scrum TeamProduct Managers.• Executes product strategy based on direction from leadership and established stakeholder priorities inaccordance with the Product Development framework. Ensures functionality is developed with a flexible andconfigurable design to accommodate a standardized platform approach across client environments.• Leads sprint planning, with a specific focus on assigned product features in a timely manner. Overseesdevelopment requests for assigned features within sprints to see through completion.• Creates flexible designs and workflows to support requirements for variety of clients. Works with project teamsand business analysts to establish design approaches to client needs / custom requirements.• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle (within Product Development) including customer feedback,requirements, and issues.• Collects and documents requirements from internal and external stakeholders, including onsite design sessionswith internal / external stakeholders. Translates business and functional requirements into actionable userstories and clear software requirements.• Manages and leads Business Analysts to guide the team through work completion, ensure quality developmentof user stories / requirements, and adherence to the SDLC.• Tests and validates new product functionality to ensure they meet established design, scope, and stakeholder /industry needs.• Work with team and stakeholders to demonstrate designs and potential approaches to stakeholderrequirements, including internal demonstrations and client / stakeholder demonstrations.• Manage product lifecycles: continually evaluate product performance and key customer insights and ensure newproduct needs are identified far enough in advance to address needs before product obsolescence.
