-Leads department responsible for fundraising/communication work for Reading Partners DC, helping the organization raise $3.9 million dollars to support educational equity annually-Supervises annual appeal campaign, helping Reading Partners reach 119% of our individual giving goal for FY23 to date.-Helps lead regional budgeting forecasting process and member of regional leadership team-Oversees multiple government and institutional grants, as well as create government grant budgets-Relationship-builder with major individual donors and board members-Delivers annual testimony to DC Council and participates in budget advocacy

-Managed a portfolio of 35-50 institutional and government grants annually-Responsible for government grant spend-down and working closely with the national finance/accounting team-Raised over $1 million in new funding in FY22-Founded Reading Partners Young Professionals Board

-Managed community partnerships and recruited/managed over 150 annual volunteers-Oversaw a regional fundraising Ambassador program, as well as coordinated a Family Mentor program, matching volunteers with refugee and immigrant families in Baltimore.
