Managing work related accident claims and assisting with a safe and early return to work. Assisting/coordinating safe return to work for employee's on Short Term and Long Term Disability.

Responsible for identifying and developing detailed plans with interested parties to return claimants to suitable work.• Coordinating and facilitating medical services and timely vocational services according to your plan.• Assessing, monitoring and adjusting outcomes and plans based on medical, vocational or other information coming onto a claim file.• Finalization to resolution of claim closure.• Documenting Return to Work plan, determining vocational and wage loss entitlement, in alternate return to employment assess temporary/permanent.

Responsible for case management of all claims. Required to assess, plan and manage group disability claims by interpreting medical information, job requirements and contractual provisions. Required to work very closely with clients, vocational rehabilitation professionals and health care professionals.

Responsible for case management of all claims at the medium risk level. Demonstrated high level of problem solving and decision-making skills, and have the ability to analyze and deal with all aspects of claims/case management. Maintaining high level of caseload in keeping with goals set within management measures. Create case plan and develop return to work plans. You would also be responsible for calculation of permanent impairment benefits. Writing decisions. Calculations of variation rates, initial, long term, post loss of earnings.
