Recognized for my ability to liaise between technical experts and business professionals, I spent over 20 years leading project teams to success, leveraging technology and processes to meet client goals. I was always a tech’y business person, ready to dive in and learn a new application. I would read Release Notes like they were the morning paper and would pepper my Developer colleagues with questions every chance I got.In my own businesses, I’ve demo’d, procured, set up, and used many different software applications to help us be accurate, effective and efficient. I’ve learned that one of my Superpowers is finding ways to configure an application to meet my needs even when that wasn’t what it was really designed to do. Why settle for the 80:20 rule when you can get closer to 100?….Through all of this, I’ve discovered my passion: Using technology to meet business needs, especially when the clients or use cases are unique. This space utilizes both my analytical, data-driven frame of reference and my creative, “there has to be a way” approach to problem solving.I love learning, and software applications are the best classrooms because they’re always changing and improving to meet the needs of a changing business environment.
