My role combines analytical expertise with strategic decision-making to optimize risk-adjusted returns and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Studied Database Concepts Design for fundamental knowledge of databases and database management systems • Took an introduction course to Business Intelligence where the concepts of business intelligence (BI) as components and functionality of information systems were discussed and applied via projects • Developed the skills needed to use SQL Server to create and manipulate a database and access and maintain data integrity. • Took an introductory course in Python programming, syntax, and rules of the Python language, including how to code, compile, and execute programs. • Between January 2023 and April 2023, I will be participating in classes for Pysparks, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Big Data, and Data Wrangling.

Conducted thorough review of client financial statements to assess credit worthiness and underwriting risks. Reviewed financial statements to conclude the best structuring for loans. Apart from being an avid team member I also assisted my team in preparing reports for efficient tracking and management of portfolio. Managed a portfolio of assigned accounts whose payments to the Company are past due. Tracked and gather data regarding every sport leagues to ensure products and loans remain compliant.

Assisting Condominium Associations/ Homeowners' Associations prepare a complete loan package for underwriting analysis. Diligently reviewing financials and following up with Property Management companies and Board members to ensure for a smooth transition to the corresponding department. Scheduling and meeting with customers along with the Loan Officer to provide excellent customer service and always exceed their expectations.

Apart from ensuring that all inquiries are attended and responded to, one of the major responsibilities in this role is doing so in a timely manner. Monitoring the proxy mailbox, preparing advances and hold release requests, ensuring files are maintained up to date, uniformed, and in compliance. As a team member, it also includes, preparing ACH Forms, preparing CAFCAMs for credit cards, and updating Corporate Resolutions for the local and nationwide Officers.

As one of the lead tellers my major responsibilities, aside from routine transactions on customer accounts and exceeding sales goals, was maintaining the ATMs to their minimum cash amount, tracking daily transactions, identifying suspicious activities to leading departments and helping customers stay aware services that benefit their current financial needs.

Assisting three different financial agents included; daily sorting of correspondence and emails, assuring each agent was up to date in training and in compliance, keeping all files audit friendly and ready. With customers I had to; pre-fill applications from their behalf, maintain information confidential, follow up with insurance agencies and be the “middle man” for our clients.
