Development of projects and processes in the Information, Monitoring and Evaluation Coordination (CIMA) of the Secretariat of Education of the State of Sao Paulo (SEE), highlighting: - Development of digital notebook pilot project The pilot project to implement the Digital Notebook in São Paulo state schools has benefited 1st grade high school students in 38 schools since February 2018. The project, contemplating the implementation of technology and adaptation of the printed material of the São Paulo Faz Escola notebook, made use of learning situations enriched with interaction elements, aiming to increase the attractiveness of the mathematics content worked in the grade and generating access and performance statistics in real time for the teacher. As main results, we obtained: access by 2,522 students, 3,881 teachers, 22,497 collected answers, and 171,264 navigation. - Co-leadership of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) project for the SEE The project's main objectives are to increase the efficiency and quality of the Secretariat's customer service, to unify its communication channels, and to create, organize, and map the processes for attending internal and external events of the SEE. As main results, we have: 20% increase in the percentage of incidents solved within the SLA (service level agreement), more than 40,000 accesses to the knowledge articles, more than 15,000 incidents solved, 25% of which through automated flow, besides measuring the first reports and indicators using the tool, allowing the creation of goals and strategies for the service. - Creation of CIMA's Management Plan Mapping of strategy, organization of operation in terms of deadlines, organization of people, projects and processes management. - Project Manager (PMO): Open Government, Results-Based Payment, Parent and Guardian Engagement, and Innovative Education.
