I am an Executive Director for a community centric, nationally accredited, local non-profit. I have spent the last 11 years working in the real estate industry and only recently made the transition from volunteer to full time employee. Having over 15 years of volunteer experience with non-profits ranging from youth sports to politics and education, my passion for community involvement and support is immense. I have spent the last six years actively involved in an educational non-profit. Two of those years developing and maintaining their social media and online presence, with the last 4 years as President of the organization. I am community minded with a love for event planning and project development focusing on the underserved. I am incredibly meticulous, and goal driven. I take great pride in learning new skills and seeking out knowledge and information that will help me better reach both mine and my organizations goals. I enjoy interactions with colleagues in the midst of project development as well as facilitating communication. I am enthusiastic about continuously improving efficiency and optimizing processes for the tasks and projects I am coordinating and facilitating, I actively seek out innovative approaches to my assigned responsibilities and projects to increase my productivity and effectiveness.
