With a passion for Fitness, I discovered a love for leading group exercise classes while influencing and motivating those who are looking to improve their fitness lifestyle. I developed full body training schedules and choreographed cardio-centric and high intensity classes ranging from 20-80 participants. These classes include cardio kickboxing, high intensity interval training, total body training, step up, stretch and yoga, and various additional classes as needed. I also conducted one-on-one training sessions, educated on nutrition and meal plans, maintained a comfortable and safe fitness environment, and ultimately provided motivation and enthusiasm to clients.
