My goal is to continue with employment in the claim industry. I have over 30 years of customer service experience within call centers and have spent over the last few years working with claims. My future goals would be to be with an organization long term and continue my education. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in December from University of Phoenix in December of 2020, and am considering if I want to continue pursuing my masters degree.
