• Created Java portlets for Cal Poly's web portal, including those for Cal Poly's advising center, degree resources, Disability Services, and student account information. Each portlet used a combination of Java, Freemarker, SQL, HTML, and Javascript libraries.• Worked on custom web applications with Java backend that interact with customer data in our databases and data warehouse for various on-campus customers. • On-call responsibilities such as server maintenance (Apache Tomcat) and troubleshooting issues• Used agile development methodology and frequently worked with customers to collect requirements and demo current status.• Worked on electronic workflows using a home-grown workflow system based on Enhydra shark as well as Oracle BPM, many with custom-made tool agents to handle processing of data. • Use GIT and SVN regularly for source control, Apache Tomcat web servers, JIRA for task management, and other Atlassian products such as Confluence and Stash.

• Created Java tool agents that utilized SOAP or REST for provisioning users in Atlassian systems • Worked on Cal Poly Android Application• Created electronic workflows for authentication service requests, faculty appointment processes, and disability resource requests using home-grown workflow system based on Enhydra Shark and Orbeon Forms

• Graded homework, labs, and exams for a professor's introductory Computer Science courses.
