As an experienced Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the electrochemical industry, I have been dedicated to providing technical solutions to support both my company's and customer's needs. During this time, I have had the pleasure of working with innovative colleagues at global-based companies, such as De Nora and Toyota. I now work at De Nora Tech, Concord, Ohio location as a Senior Account Manager supporting the Pools business. As of 2021 De Nora has celebrated 98 years of electrochemical excellence, with about 1600 employees and 12 manufacturing locations worldwide. Our vision is to deliver innovative technologies, products and services to win future challenges coming from environmental and industrial needs. De Nora Account Management and technical support background empowers me to work alongside customers in many applications, with a special focus in electrochemical disinfection, to create and support novel products. My areas of expertise include: product development, relationship building, root cause analysis, project management, and SAP with a background in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (ChBE) from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Baldwin Wallace University.
