As the assistant store manager I help the store manager drive business and lead the team by example through sales and customer service. I oversee the bistro, the operations team, as well as merchandising. The bistro manager and merchandising operations manager are my direct reports. I coordinate all of the maintenance of the store by partnering with.

As a manager of MuShoe, I helped with the buying decisions, worked one-on-one with customers, helped with daily/monthly projections, and merchandised the store. I also was the bookkeeper. I handled all of the payroll, monthly and quarterly taxes as well as the annual W2's and W3's.
