I design and facilitate experiences and programs that enable individuals and communities to take collective action towards an inclusive and sustainable future 🌏 Over the last 10 years I have led a diverse range of ecosystem building initiatives and entrepreneur support programs in the region with a focus on climate action, social innovation and systems change. I'm passionate about connecting dots through effective partnerships and facilitating collaboration across locally rooted and globally connected networks & communities. At the intersection of cultures (Indonesia/Australia) and sectors, I weave together multiple perspectives, and resources across networks to find shared value. My professional and entrepreneurial experience spans international development, coworking, strategic partnerships and program management, but human-centered design, wellbeing, justice and systems thinking are always at the heart of my work. Why? I am driven by our collective potential and believe that in order to solve our most complex global challenges, we need to mobilise collaborative action in a way that is participatory and inclusive across cultures, sectors and backgrounds. This is grounded by the recognition and practice that creating positive (external) change in the world together also requires us to focus on (inner) development, self-awareness, integrity, personal transformation and wellbeing.
