I bounced around to a few agencies, but it soon became clear that the fit was all wrong. I wasn’t satisfied coloring inside someone else’s lines. I wanted to define my creative process and see the impact of my work directly. I started designing for a few freelance clients, left my day job, and opened my own studio. If you look through my portfolio, you’ll find my style is clean, colorful, and original. I love the challenge of incorporating all of the traits of a brand into one simple, thoughtful image.Since forging my own path, I’ve had the chance to build relationships with the masterminds behind incredible local businesses— from salons to fitness studios to restaurants and more. Homebirth for All is a nonprofit offering financial support to birthing parents in Massachusetts who want a homebirth but cannot afford to have one. By defraying or eliminating the cost, we give more birthing parents freedom of choice and help them experience the benefits of respectful prenatal, birth, and postpartum care.

Through my health journey I came across an amazing company backed by Nobel Prize winning science and technology. It is a company that represents integrity, quality, non-GMO, organic, and gluten free. This opportunity has been life changing and I love sharing this gift with others!

I taught Techniques of Vector Imaging to Design students. This class focused on the basics of Adobe Illustrator.

Cre8 is the first of it's kind, an interactive studio that gives you the ability to design and make your own personalized gifts, t-shirts, banners, and more. I do a lot of work for Cre8 including being responsible for all of the organization while we have been setting up the studio. I oversee that the studio is running well and that we are always on track. I work closely with Lisa Sacks, the owner of Cre8, making sure all tasks and special orders are being completed on time. I assist in ordering new products and marketing the studio for the grand opening. I also work with customers ranging from small children, teenagers, through to adults from picking out the right product for them, to helping with the design process, and completing the product through production. I work with multiple machines including a Graphtec machine which cuts vinyl and T-shirt vinyl, a laser engraver, a T-shirt press, mug press, and sandblasting machine.

Staff for a small photography studio a couple started. Edited photos, created collages, took photographs, created brochures, flyers, and designed photo books using Adobe programs. I used Canon digital SLR cameras to capture moments in sports, families, and seniors.

Summer of `11 ­ Internship Internship working under Bob Rucci, the Graphic Design Director. I participated in client meetings, worked in print production, and created ads and graphics in InDesign. I designed and created an ad to promote the company which was printed in the Worcester Business Journal, Volume 22, Number 15.

Summer of `10 ­ InternshipGraphic Design Intern for the Education Department at WAM. I created brochures, flyers and graphics for educational programs. I also created a postcard mailer for international classes in Greece. I completed some html coding to put photos up on a website. Covered front desk when staff had meetings.
