Worked in tandem with subject matter experts and instructors to develop and edit curriculum to train a variety of learners including oncology surgeons and physicians, dosimetrists, radiation technicians and service technicians to use and service radiation delivery machines• Adapted to new industry and jargon of a highly scientific field• Redesigned instructor-led courses to be presented as self-study online modules• Re-branded training material to align with corporate branding

I helped business partners to identify performance needs and matched those expectations to learning objectives. I designed curriculum for instructor led trainings, online trainings and job aids, as well as wrote articles and video scripts. I was a team player, managing projects and jumping in wherever was needed.

As the state coordinator of the grant funded program I managed all details of the grant. In addition to securing and reporting on the grant, I wrote, coordinated, and trained the curriculum for regional institutes that prepared youth leaders to be change agents in their communities. We taught skills in leadership, drug and alcohol and violence prevention, and asset building. I wrote the curriculum, and then trained a staff of youth and adult leaders to present the material in the regional institutes. I presented to youth and adults from small teams of six, to large audiences of 400 plus people.
