 Created and introduced a complete project management capability for the successful identification and tracking of all program content tasks associated with the successful production and staging of a variety of international and domestic incentive business meetings ranging in attendee size from 500 to 5,000. Manage all operational aspects of the meeting business and workshop sessions, which includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: interface with company senior executives, external partners (such as hotel and audio/visual partners), product and field management leaders to determine workshop and main platform content, develop on-site rehearsal schedule and speaker coaching, presentation editing, on-site management of venue.  Expert in MS suite of applications, in particular Project and Excel.

 As the internal communications and marketing partner for significant internal clients responsible for the majority of the company's top line revenue, created strategic and tactical communications plans to support key product and marketing objectives Led a dedicated cross-functional team of graphic designers, writers and production specialists in the creation and execution of all tactical elements in support of the communications strategy and plan. These included multiple new product roll outs and product line rationalizations.  Targeted tactical elements included the use of a strategically sequenced mix of communications channels such as collateral, direct mail, print and Internet.

 Negotiated and managed the development, execution and budget of a portfolio of sports-related sponsorships and events throughout the United States: - Super Bowl - AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am - NASCAR – Six (6) tracks across the country - Minor League Baseball – Twelve (12) franchises across four (4) states. Involved structuring sponsorship agreement, hospitality and sampling elements, coordination with corporate advertising and external advertising agency, as well as local company sales teams and event marketing staff. Additional events were executed via arts community sponsorships in the cities of Philadelphia, Baltimore and Richmond, VA. Coordinated several international client and business hospitality events via coordination with local country national teams in London, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Consulted on the development of the event and venue planning of the AT&T Family Program at the four (4) following Olympic Games Created and deployed an offshore marketing collateral printing and fulfillment capability in The Netherlands and Singapore, resulting in production and shipping savings of nearly $4 million.
