I completed my Senior Honors Thesis Project in one semester with my two group members to provide LEGO with industry recommendations revolving around brand strategy, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Specifically, we conducted research to aid in brand development and market penetration for the LEGO Preschool line.Our final report is titled LEGO Preschool: The Role of Gift Givers in the U.S. Market. As I was back for my second summer at Vistaprint (parent company Cimpress), I had a unique experience by working in several different departments including Campus Recruiting, Employee Relations Operations, Brand Management, and Human Resources. I was able to learn many new skills and work with several new internal employee platforms while also working with social media metrics and new hire processes.

Interning as a Brand Intern with the HR and Recruiting Team at Vistaprint for 10 weeks during the summer of 2014 was a fantastic experience. I focused on the Employee Brand by managing the @Vistaprintjobs Twitter, generating original written and visual content for LifeinVistaprint.com, and analyzing metrics on Google Analytics from the social media, job postings, and website efforts. I was also able to utilize my Adobe Photoshop CS6 skills to create ads, banners, and additional promotional materials for various intern, networking, and recruiting events.In addition, I took on a role by helping to lead the summer internship program for the other 29 software engineer interns while working with Campus Recruiting. I helped plan and manage events as well as created a website that displayed the Summer 2014 Internship Program.After 10 weeks of interning, I was asked to continue interning part-time remotely from the UMass Amherst campus for the Fall 2014 semester.

The Minutemen Equity Fund is a student managed fund with assets valued at $200K+ that is reliant on members to develop investment strategies. As the first promotional fund member, I focused on highlighting the fund's brand through social media, presentations, and networking efforts. I launched and redesigned promotional materials as well as weekly newsletters using Photoshop CS6 that are distributed to faculty, students, and alumni.

While working with Erie Drive I was able to put my knowledge and experience with videography, photography, and marketing to great use. I created website/email graphics using Photoshop CS6, filmed and edited promotional videos, and photographed merchandise for the website. I managed the Instagram account and increased the number of followers by over 700%. I increased the average "Likes" per photo by over 450%. I also conducted market research, and organized a database of over 3,000 of products and renamed them for optimal Search Engine Optimization.
