After more than a decade at the helm of To-Go Ware, Stephanie is now working with businesses and organizations who are looking to grow their reach, forge dynamic partnerships, and innovate new ways to share their message.Stephanie founded To-Go Ware in 2004 in hopes of addressing the trend of disposables and plastic-waste she’d seen resulting from our culture of eating on-the-go. Using her extensive background in the natural products industry, as well as the yoga community, she became a pioneer of the reusables category. To-Go Ware began with a line of utensil sets and stainless steel food containers aimed at giving people safe and durable options to use instead of single-use disposables and plastics. Having been first to market, the brand grew steadily, as the products not only addressed the zero-waste issues many people were looking to solve, but also because To-Go Ware products addressed the growing concerns around BPA and other toxins in plastics — all To-Go Ware products are BPA-Free. As a woman owned business, Stephanie received recognition from Eileen Fisher, receiving their Women's Entrepreneurship Grant in 2007. And after being featured on the Oprah Winfrey show in 2009 and receiving other accolades, To-Go Ware’s distribution grew to more than 800 retail outlets in the US, Canada & Australia with partners such as Whole Foods Markets, REI & Patagonia. To-Go Ware was sold to ChicoBag in October of 2015.
