Brought on as a full-time contractor from Insight Global Staffing to fulfill the needs of digital and reference production services. Managed and developed digital media content for digital products, such as interactive online course solutions and library research portals, products included MindTap, C360, CourseMate, Gale, and Questia. Performed HD audio/video file conversions, thumbnail and graphic creation, coordinated and obtained closed caption and transcript files from vendors, uploaded media assets to streaming and content management servers, resolved QA media bugs, coordinated casting sessions with outside vendors and booking onscreen talent, participated in team status meetings, trained and mentored new contractors, and performed hands-on audio/visual production including producing, directing, and post production of French and Spanish World Language videos for DVD and web use, and author and National Geographic Learning interviews.
