Current● Management of Global Offshore & US team for Digital Event Engagement SASS platform● Point person for delivering success in: Marketing, Sales, User experience/engagement ● Primary liaison with UX/UI on user designs, Development for Application, and UAT (Jira/MS)● Design strategies and execute activities for optimizing sales, user experience, and engagement● Convert analytics data into insights● Ensure effective, vitalized User and Prospect journeys● Organize Webinar program and content /speaker plan + Host Open info sessions● Management of :○ Email Marketing Tech: Constant Contact (users/employees), Mailchimp (cold, warm prospects)○ CRM - Salesforce (registered users and >MQL / SQL leads)○ Communication/Content Plans & Ad designs, promotions○ Digital Media campaigns (paid/organic, syndicated/manual) for Branding & Lead generation (website, landing pages, social media sites, IOS/Playstore push sites)○ Call Center and sales team○ Reporting & Analytics (statistics for email, sales, KPI reporting and dashboards)
