About Stephanie Bidney

I streamline the digital project strategy, design, development and QA process. At the beginning, I assist the account team with budget creation as well as collating and sense-checking the project requirements. From there, I compile those requirements into a plan of action. I then own that plan from strategy to launch by assigning roles and tasks to resources, facilitating meetings, and providing project status reports. Often I act as the "technical translator" between the production team, account management and the client. Throughout projects I remain calm and patient as client revisions, scope creep, and technical issues invariably come my way. I stay calm because I thrive on building solid relationships with my production team and greatly enjoy problem solving with them in order to ensure a great end product for our clients.
