I have a class A CDL with a tanker endorsement that I recieved with schooling experience. During that time, I have trained in shifting a 10 and 13 speed. I trained in mountain, city, highway and country driving. I also do hostling and know how to operate the hostler. I know the pre trip inspection well as I find that very important to have a productive day.I have been in customer service for 11 years and in the banking industry for 9 years. I have quickly grown with both banking companies and strive to be the best. While in management, I coach my team members on customer service skills to ensure great customer service and productivity. While I was the assistant branch manager, I managed a team of 6 tellers and 1 universal banker. I successfully promoted 7 tellers to universal bankers and a universal banker to a banker. I have passed every audit that was conducted for the branches I worked at and helped establish an organized work area. I formed a retention plan that fit the branch’s needs. I am very organized, as I think this helps the work environment flow. I am passionate about helping others and coaching my team to help them get where they want to be. I am also very passionate about making sure the branch is running smoothly; that we are in compliance and meets the audit standards. I am highly motivated to do a great job for any company I work for and any position I am in. I am a great leader, but also take direction very well.
