> Work under an Australian client> Mainly responsible for accounts payable process from creating bills, to paying the billson the bank, and communicating with suppliers if there’s any issue> Oversee some accounts receivable tasks like creating invoices and reports> In charge of reconciliations. This includes bank reconciliations, credit cardreconciliations, and other reconciling items (e.g. Stripe reconciliation, User Choicereconciliation)> Help in processing of month end procedures and managing month-end intercompanyreconciliation> Responsible for processing the fortnightly payroll> Create weekly reports (e.g. Cash Flow Report, Accounts Receivable Report)> Other ad hoc tasks as requested

> Create checks, check vouchers, official receipts, petty cash vouchers, cash disbursement book, and schedule of accounts.> Filing BIR compliances. > Compile, sort, and file documents.> Bank Reconciliation.

> Employed under the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES).> Convert, scan, print, and photocopy important documents.> Encode important documents in the system.> Assisted regular employees through answering phone calls, receiving documents to other departments, and assisting clients.
