Responsible for providing strategic analysis services to business partners within the division, as well as key units across the University that interface with Advancement.

Fulfill data and report requests, provide end user support, investigate and resolve application, transaction and data-related issues of enterprise-level fundraising software, specifically Blackbaud CRM.

Focus on data quality, measures and integrity, ensuring that Advancement data meets our high standards for excellence and supports our lofty fundraising and alumni engagement goals.

Provided technical training programs to the Advancement Division at Brown University. Developed goals, policies, and plans for computing training, designed curricula, set standards for computing courses, oversaw the development of courses, and evaluated training programs.

•Provided a range of support services to two Class Campaigns Officers in addition to working with colleagues of all position levels.•Assisted in the training of new Class Campaigns Associates.•Organized and directed the fundraising campaign for the 2008 GOLD Class Gift Committee to raise money for the Brown Annual Fund and to achieve or surpass their class goal.•Identified, cultivated, solicited, and stewarded a select pool of volunteer and donor prospects.•Collaborated with class leaders, Alumni Relations, Annual Giving, Bio-Medical Advancement, Planned Giving, and Regional Development colleagues to develop and nurture overall fundraising strategies.
