The Welsh Oven was an event catering company based in North Wales, UK and we employed 14 members of staff. Our main clients where Wedding venues, Brewery’s, Conference centres and private functions. Working as Superintendent Planning Services at Worsley Alumina South32 was a great opportunity, that allowed me to take-on the challenge, of leading a technical team.
