I take pride in learning my residents (clients) while getting to know their interests and history. I like to think outside the box to get them to join programs and finding new ways of doing programs while combining new programs together. Bringing out the best in my clients abilities is one of my favourite things. Being able to have this trust with clients like they have someone who is understanding, patient and comforting to share a piece of them with and try new programs they either don't come to or try at least once. Many times having that one on one time does the trick.
