I assisted in reorganizing the BSA Department to successfully get out from under a regulatory consent order. I have overseen projects to design workflows, streamline processes, and improve efficiencies. Recent projects include streamlining the BSA function by rewriting the policy and procedures as well as implementing updated and streamlined new account forms that collect all pertinent information while reducing the amount of time needed to open an account.
