Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systemSign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packagesCoordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.Setup and coordinate meetings and conferencesSetup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.Maintains logs of calls placed and any additional information required for various reports or special projects.Preparing the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for the old and new customers.Receives and routes a variety of calls for general information including complaints, emergencies, and security calls.Attended to walk-in clients.In- charge for office requisition of office supplies and necessities.Receiving all the visitors and address them to the right person.Assistant to the Managing Director.
