REA Group is a leading global digital property business on a mission to change the way the world experiences property.My role and responsibilities included:• Guiding candidates through the review, phone-screen and interview stages• Supporting non-technical role-based recruiters with candidate communication, administration of Trello boards (digitally) and the TA Non-Tech Wall (physically)• Managing stakeholders including internal and external candidates, support staff and senior management• Incorporating a new AI assessment tool to increase efficiency and efficacy of the recruitment process, deepen relationships with candidates beyond their CV and focus on their future potential;• Creating F.A.Q.s for our external careers page and internal intranet as a resource tool for candidates and hiring managers• Planning team social events, birthdays and team-building days• Coordinating university outreach to student groups, careers and employability departments for the 2021 REA Group Graduate Program. I focused on building deep and genuine conversations with staff and potential candidates. This culminated in creating and executing the REA Grad Building Tour and Information Session in March, 2020.
