- Recruited study participants for the Active Transportation Injury Circumstances and Outcome (ATICO) Study by interviewing patients visiting the Emergency Department in-person and by phone- Retrieved blood samples from the hospital’s lab by coordinating with lab technicians to locate samples- Maintained confidentiality and protected patient information by adhering to study and hospital protocol- Created accurate records by documenting all participant interactions in RedCap, MS Excel, and OneDrive- Adapted to new software, flexible work routines, and fast-paced environments by working at different hospitals (Vancouver General Hospital and St. Paul's Hospital)- Built rapport with participants through active listening, empathy, and open-ended questions
