• To maintain productive working relationships with multiple recruitment partners for the university including but not limited to agents, colleges, local universities, high schools and other education institutions within.
• Support the regional director, regional manager and country manager (Thailand) to achieve SEA enrolment target and KPI’s.
• To provide support services to recruitment partners to ensure their continuing growth.
• To be responsible in providing weekly reports relating to the recruitment partners performance and student applications/conversion statistics.
• To be responsible in the administration of student applications and act as a liaison person between SEA Regional Office and Compliance/Schools admission unit in the UK campus.
• Handle correspondence, documentation and follow up for all student recruitment to the UK campus related matters.

• Developing INTI brand into the secondary schools by building relationship with the school counselors or even principals if needed. Collected 1200 leads out of 18 schools for the harvesting in year 2017.
• To ensure the school become the brand ambassador for INTI by ensuring the schools are served right. Mainly targeting Form 5 students.
• Promoting the INTI Mobile App for the students to download and use at their end. Achieved 422 downloads in the year of 2016.
• Organize events that matches the organization interest in which nurturing the students on the right course. This will be including costing and leading a group of students and also few staff to complete the event..
• Creating brand awareness through public exhibition, school exhibition and even mobile counselling in the schools.
• Inspire the students by giving motivational talk in order to make a difference in them. The talk was solely created according the group of students.
