Stephanie Chedid is President and Chief Executive Officer of Luther Manor Senior Living Community and President of the Luther Manor Foundation. Mrs. Chedid has a mission-centric, servant leadership philosophy focusing on areas that include resident, employee, and volunteer satisfaction; prudent operations; strategic innovation; accountability; board management and fundraising. The Luther Manor community includes nearly 400 residents and patients, 320 employees, and hundreds of volunteers – all of whom Mrs. Chedid carefully considers when co-creating a sustainable future and stewarding its culture of care.In addition to her role at Luther Manor, Mrs. Chedid believes it is important to actively participate in the broader dialogue and actions around elder care and the senior living industry. She is a member of the national and state associations of LeadingAge, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the American Hospital Association (AHA). In recognition of Mrs. Chedid’s professional achievements and community service, she received the 2014 Milwaukee Business Journal’s Women of Influence Award. Prior to joining Luther Manor, she was President of Cleary Gull Advisors, the institutional investment advisory division of Cleary Gull, Inc., now part of Johnson Financial Group. During her tenure, she rebuilt the business to focus on not-for-profit healthcare, ultimately leading a team nationally recognized for its expertise in this industry. Her work included exclusive industry-wide research and publications in the service of providing much-needed data to the leadership teams and boards of directors in the senior living and hospital industries.
