I’m the Learning and Development Manager for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking line of business. I lead a dynamic national and virtual team of consultants who support 9,000 employees with their skill development needs.Before joining Wells Fargo, I was a manager at Accenture, and I led several teams that designed and delivered SAP training materials for many of the firm’s clients. In between these two roles, I had a chance to pursue journalism by working as the morning show reporter at WBTV (CBS) in Charlotte. While I enjoyed that position, I soon realized how much I missed using my 20+ years of experience to help others develop their skills. Seeing learners enhance their professional relationships and improve their job performance are the most rewarding aspects of my job.
