I am Stephanie Cizdyn, and I currently own and serve as the President and CEO of The BLPS Group, Inc. I have led the company in providing cutting-edge services in web and application development, information security, software testing, digital publishing, and project management in the Education industry and beyond. My career in the educational technology and publishing field spans over a decade, during which I have blended technical skills with visionary leadership.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a foundation that has been instrumental in my professional journey. In my career, I have developed expertise in educational publishing, agile project management, web application development, learning management systems, and content management systems. My proficiency extends to authoring systems, instructional design, and compliance with educational standards (eg. CCSS, NGSS, CTE, state-specific standards, etc) and regulations (eg. FERPA, COPPA, WCAG). I am also well-versed in content creation and editing for a diverse range of educational sectors such as K12, higher education, professional development, and corporate learning.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in mentoring and shaping the future of EdTech. As a current Innovation Showcase mentor, a judge for the CODiE Awards, and a mentor with StartED, I leverage my expertise to foster innovation and guide new entrepreneurs in the educational technology landscape. Additionally, I have been volunteering within my community, notably with PACT (Prisoner & Community Together) Inc. since March 2018, providing coverage and IT support for Recovery Connection. Through my domestic and international connections, I continue to influence and inspire in the field of educational technology, striving to enhance learning experiences through innovative technological solutions.
