Use Webstar, TFS, and ServiceNow as ticketing systems in support of LexisNexis CourtLink customers. Troubleshoot issues with CourtLink UI, connectivity to state and federal courts, check for bounced emails, ensure CourtLink backend systems are running on a 24x7 basis, monitor patching, use SQL, Splunk and internal tools to investigate issues for customers.In working on customer issues, I communicate with a wide range of individuals at CourtLink including Court Analysts, Sales Representatives, Product Developers, and Customer Support Representatives. FAST administrator, deploy builds to the Staging and Production environments, analyze system usage, court usage, report bugs, troubleshoot production issues, support QA in the build test phase.
