Stephanie oversees the development of the firm’s impact investing service offering. She is also responsible for working with Tiedemann prospects, clients and advisors on developing impact approaches to be integrated into their portfolios. Additionally, she co-leads the firm’s business development strategy team.Stephanie joined Tiedemann during the acquisition of Threshold Group in December 2017. Assessed and researched viability of Point of Sales Networks in E-banking for Microfinance Institutions (MFI) and interviewed MFI CEOs in Latin America, Africa and South Asia.

· Managed USAID-funded microfinance projects in Russia and Central Asia: Sakhalin Micro-credit Program ($8 MM), Kazakhstan Community Loan Fund ($9 MM), Central Asia Microfinance Alliance ($15 MM). By April 2003, over 25,000 cumulative clients served through these projects combined, of which 2/3 were women. · Selected by Management to develop division 2003 annual plan and new business targets · Conducted project assessments and accounting reviews in month-long missions to Siberia (Yuzhno-Sakhalin), Uzbekistan (Tashkent) and Kazakhstan (Almaty and Shymkent)· Developed budgets and technical proposals to USAID, World Bank, and Department of State for private sector and SME development projects. Report on Education in Djibouti (May 2000); Djibouti Education Sector Strategy Paper; researched and analyzed education budget and enrollment data and policy in Djibouti, Iran and Algeria. · Analyzed demographics, enrollment trends, education infrastructure, actual expenditures and budgets for first education project ($13MM) for the Republic of Djibouti passed by the World Bank Board: 226 classrooms built by 2006, increase of enrolment capacity by over 20,000 students in basic education. · Represented World Bank at multilateral and bilateral donor roundtable meetings in Djibouti, led by the government of Djibouti.

Assisted in organization of ADEA Biennial Meetings in Johannesburg held in December 1999; built intranet for ADEA.Conducted trainings of education statistics software (SPESSA) for African Ministers of Education during the conference.
